Our dolcetto “Olmiolo” comes from vines located in Neive. The great sensitivity of the vine to the type of land gives origin to an extreme richness of nuances in the wines produced.
The wine is dry, moderately alcoholic and acid, immediately ready for consumption without need for ripening. It is the classical “all-round” wine of Piedmontese tradition.
Colour: brilliant ruby red with bright purplish reflections.
Fragrance: subtle and winy.
Taste: dry, pleasantly bitterish, fruity.
Alcohol: from 11.5° to 14°.
Temperature of service: 18°.
It has the great worth to match with all the courses. It should be drunk young for the particular characteristics of great freshness and fragrance, but it also resists over time.
