Grapevine: Arneis.
Origin: hilly area called “Roero” with particular characteristics, which are clearly different from the surrounding lands.
Vine of ancient Origins and rare produces a deep straw-yellow wine with a low-temperature white fermentation (without peels), of great elegance with light and persuasive fragrances. For the shape of the grain, it was also called White Nebbiolo. It is a dry, fresh wine of a gentle acidity that must be drunk in its first youth.
Colour: deep straw-yellow.
Fragrance: fresh, remarkable, persuasive (aroma of honey and almond).
Taste: dry of extraordinary elegance.
Alcohol: from 10.5° to 13°.
Temperature of service: 10°.
Open the bottle when drinking.
It matches with appetizers, fish, delicate first courses.
