Colour: ruby red almost rose-coloured.
Fragrance: fresh, rose and strawberry aromas.
Taste: low tannic, bubbly, very aromatic, sweet, sparkling.
Alcohol: 6°.
Acidity: from 5% to 6%.
Temperature of service: well cold, 5-6° C.
Matching: as appetizer and matched with desserts, especially of fruit. In Piedmont it is also used to accompany snacks.
