Grapevine: Nebbiolo 100%.
Origin: hilly area called “Roero”. The production area is adjacent to the one of Barolo and Barbaresco.
Fragrance: fruity aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry mixed with ethereal and spicy fragrances of vanilla and cinnamon.
Taste: totally dry with remarkable structure, light acidity.
Alcohol: from 11.5° to 14°.
It must be considered an all-round wine and fit for a moderate ageing (1 year minimum according to law).
