Grappa di Barbaresco.

All grappas are obtained from distillation of our marcs, which are not much pressed and still impregnated with wine. Distillation process takes place at “Bain-Marie” (absolutely the best process to keep fragrances and aromas) that, occurring at low temperature, avoids the distillation of grape-pip oils, which are not very agreeable and are aggressive to the palate.
